For the first part of the week, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed with
the many, many things I have going on. As the week went on, I started
to feel much better and some of the pressure wore off. Now I only feel
moderately overwhelmed. :)
The biking has helped my sciatic pain so much that most days I don't
feel any pain at all. This has made me feel so very grateful, as being
in pain all the time is no fun at all. It is also extremely tiring on
the body. I have great empathy for people that live with pain.
I am heading away on holidays in a couple weeks, so going to try to do a
ton of push ups and ab work before then. I know that I will slip
somewhat while on holidays, and getting behind will not be good for me.
