july 4, 12

Started off this month by being sick for 2 days. Lost almost 10 lbs in 2 days. Needless to say I did not do any workouts but I am hoping to get to the gym tonight. I will take it a bit slow at first till I build up my energy to where it used to be. I have been keeping track of what I eat, which hasn't been much, but I am unable to figure out where to log it online.
