Well the numbers are in. I feel I pushed myself pretty hard this month, and worked to keep on top of things. As I look at my numbers, I guess I would have to say I have some more pushing to do. Working hard at my requirements this past month, has not been enough to make up for not working as hard the month before. The numbers look pretty good, but if I do the math, (for example 50,000 divided by 12 and times 3), I'm actually a bit behind the mark. This not only helps me appreciate my record keeping, but proves to me the importance of monitoring my goals. I can easily say I'm doing great with keeping up, but when I look at the actual numbers, they don't lie. In brackets is the total number I should have accomplished by now, from the last 3 months.
Push-ups. 9379 of 50,000. (12,500)
Sit ups. 8736. of 50,000. ( 12,500)
Squats. 2560 of 10,000. (2500). Yayyyy!
Weapon form. 188 of 1000. ( 250)
Hand form. 103 of 1000. (250)
Kms. 161.5. Of 1609. (402). OUCH!
Acts of kindness. 142 of 1000. (250)
Challenges. 5 of 12. Not bad.
Time put into training. 76 hours and 5 min. (Not enough) 😊
