Month 1

Ive decided to post my progress on the first of every month. (I encourage others to do likewise.) This will help me to stay accountable to the team, and to myself.   These are my numbers so far:

Push ups.  2373
Sit ups.  2588
Km. 84. ( x country skiing and snowshoeing)
Squats.  926
In all honesty, I forgot we need to log acts of kindness. I will have some catching up to do.
I have also decided, just for fun, to log how many hours I train every month. I do not include classes that I attend, or classes I teach. This is simply personal training time.
This month is 36.5

Something that I do when I'm doing my requirements such as these listed here, is I never stop at 50 or 20. I like to push it just a bit further even its its only 1 more or 3 more; 51, or 23 for example. The 1 may seem like only 1, and the 3 may seem like only 3. But together, they are 4.  That gets me 4 more ahead, and helps me to push that much harder.

I also never ever tell myself, "that's good enough", or "that's enough for now". For me, part of this journey is all about attaining mastery. It's about reaching for the extraordinary. I won't even get close, if I hear myself say just once, "that's enough".
